I moved from Hue to Hoi An in January and Alex and Ly helped me find a home and handled all of my worries. Contracts and interactions with landlords. They helped me with the early morning loud speaker disturbances . Alex is always there to help and has 5 years of experience in Hoi An. Great team.

This was our first visit to Vietnam and Hoi An. We are on a round the world trip with our three children and our plan was to stay in Hoi An for three months to relax a bit. We had heard from different people that finding a house to rent for such a short period would be really difficult. With the support of Alex and Ly we found that it was the opposite. They presented us with several different options. Once we had decided they took care of everything in a very proffessional manner. They also assisted in all dealings with the owner of the house which helped a lot since we don't speak Vietnamese. In conclusion, we found that renting through Alex and Ly made for a care free stay in Hoi An and we would happily recommend to anyone moving to Hoi An.

I have lived in Vietnam more than five years and never has a move been easier. Alex and Ly were awesome in meeting every need and taking care of all the paperwork worries. Not only did they help me find a lovely new home, a renter for my previous house, they also helped me take care all the paperwork, find a mover and handled all the issues with my new landpeople who did not understand the cultural differences. They were marvelous and I recommend them to anyone moving to Hoi An or Da Nang!

I have been living in Hoi An on and off for a long time and for the first time dealt with Alex and Ly and it was so easy, so thorough and so honest - I cant imagine moving to Hoi An and not using their service. They are so honourable and dont besiege you with the ususal hard sell of real estate business- and I know this sounds corny...but they genuinely care about your well being and easy settlement. I wish they had offices in Australia...I would never deal with anyone else.

We have rented two houses now through Alex and Dien, and both rentals have been enjoyable and trouble free. In a situation where many things can go wrong, it's a relief to have such reliable and trustworthy real estate agents to help find our perfect home in Hoi An. What a fabulous team Alex and Dien are, I had contacted Alex before arriving in Hoi An and from the start he was extremely helpful and efficient at responding to my enquiries. On arrival, they showed us some initial properties and quickly understood what we liked and needed. They are both knowledgeable about the area and living in Hoi An and are happy to share their knowledge. Based on a recommendation from Alex, we ended up finding a house in an area we had not considered but was perfect for us. They prepared all the documentation and completed any negotiation on final fittings required in the house. Throughout the process both Alex and Dien have been a pleasure to deal with and I know that if we have any problems with the house we can just call and they will help.
